After purchasing your ticket(s), you will be sent a confirmation email from TIXR with your tickets.

As long as you have your order confirmation, we can search you by name at the entrance. Just show your ID and ask one of our ticket takers for help.

Tickets can be purchased online or during normal business hours at the Ardmore Music Hall Box Office. Tickets purchased in person avoid most service fees. The AMH Box Office is open Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 12pm to 5pm, and during shows as well.

The park where the concerts are held is located down the hill from the Upper Merion Township Building. If you purchase Preferred Parking or are being dropped off or picked up via a taxi or ride share, use this address: 175 W Valley Forge Rd, King of Prussia, PA 19406.

Paid Preferred + Guaranteed Parking is available for purchase after you add show tickets to your cart. The Township Building Parking Lot is just a few steps from the entrance to Concerts Under The Stars. All proceeds from Parking sales help to cover the cost of producing free shows as part of the summer concert series.

Free Parking is available at the corner of Ross Rd and Henderson Rd. Enter the lot via Ross Rd, safely cross Henderson Rd at the designated crosswalk, and enter the venue by walking through the playground. If you would like to park in the free lot provided by Upper Merion Township, use this address: 101 Ross Rd, King of Prussia, PA 19406.

The lowest level of the parking lot is transformed into a beer garden with food trucks offering a variety of delicious options to enjoy during the show. Grab drinks from the Rising Sun Presents Bars, which offer a variety of local craft brews, canned cocktails, and water.

Age Policy:‍

Children 12 and under are admitted free of charge. Attendees 13 years of age and older must purchase a ticket for entry.

You must be 21+ to drink and anyone providing alcohol to minors will be removed from the show. Ear protection is encouraged for all, but especially for younger patrons.

Weather Policy:‍

All events will take place rain or shine. There are no refunds or exchanges.

Upper Merion Township Building Park is an outdoor, open-air venue that cannot guarantee patrons refuge from inclement weather. The safety of our patrons is a top priority – Rising Sun Presents may delay the start, interrupt, or even cancel a concert if an emergency occurs. Updates will be provided as soon as possible via email, the Rising Sun Presents and Concerts Under The Stars websites and social media.

The Upper Merion Township Park is accessible with ramps from the upper parking lot down to the lower concert grounds. Limited ADA Parking is available, and we do our very best to accommodate everyone who needs it. Accessible bathrooms are also provided.
